Are reporting that the FBI is asking for the public’s help to identify these two men who have recently been seen acting strangely aboard Washington State ferries.
While the FBI has not said precisely what they has drawn their attention. But they did state that the men have been seen on several occasions exhibiting unusual behavior aboard the ferries.
Further, FBI Spokesman Robbie Burroughs said the men appeared to be taking an unusual interest in the workings of the boat, but she would not elaborate.
